For luggage racks over 2 meters in length, this machine can be used for polishing. The CNC servo system controls the trajectory movement based on the surface of the luggage rack. The length of the car luggage rack is as long as 2 meters or even longer, which increases the difficulty of polishing work. Workers hold the luggage rack back and forth for polishing, and the surface polishing quality is difficult to maintain consistency, which takes a long time.
